Customers do not upload artwork or custom designs to the website. All designs are created and managed by Lee’s Tees & Keys.

We operate online stores on behalf of schools, clubs, and organisations.

Where you place an order through an organisation’s store:

• Your name and delivery details are shared with the relevant organisation.
• The organisation arranges delivery or distribution of goods.
• In some cases, the organisation may receive commission or profit from sales.

Once shared for fulfilment purposes, the organisation becomes responsible for handling your data in accordance with their own privacy practices. Lee’s Tees & Keys is not responsible for how the organisation subsequently manages that data.

• The relevant school, club or organisation for order distribution
• Dojo (payment processing)
• Website hosting and IT service providers
• Professional advisers (e.g., accountants)

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
